Terms of Use

By using kacompany.us or buying from KA Company, you agree to these terms. KA Company is a Florida business that sells training content for organizations. Questions go to support@kacompany.us.

1. Who can buy. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. If you buy for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Products. KA Company sells digital training products: e-learning courses (SCORM), instructor-led training kits, worksheets, templates, guides and related materials. Product pages describe the format, contents and whether a course is narrated. Previews show samples only.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and are the same for every buyer. Payment is processed at checkout by our payment providers. KA Company does not store your full card details. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

4. Delivery. Downloads are delivered electronically after payment. Keep a copy of your files. If a download link fails, contact support@kacompany.us and we will resend it.

5. License. Every purchase gives you a license to use the product under the KA Company License Agreement. You are not buying ownership of the content. The License Agreement is part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property. All courses, scripts, narration, video, slides, workbooks, guides and site content are owned by KA Company and protected by copyright. Each product carries the notice "© 2026 KA Company. All rights reserved." (with its year of first publication). LOOP and other KA model and program names are trademarks of KA Company (™). You may not copy, resell, share or publish KA content except as the License Agreement allows.

7. Live sessions. Live virtual workshops and programs may have their own registration, scheduling and attendance terms, shown at sign-up.

8. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other accounts or systems, or use KA content to build a competing product.

9. No guarantee of results. Products are provided "as is." KA Company does not guarantee any particular training result, and products are not legal, HR, compliance or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the content in your organization.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, KA Company's total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. KA Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. LMS compatibility. SCORM courses are built to standard specifications and tested in common LMS platforms. Because LMS setups vary, KA Company cannot guarantee every course works in every LMS, but support will help troubleshoot.

12. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The version posted when you buy applies to that purchase.

13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Florida.
