KA Company collects only what it needs to sell, deliver and support its products, and never sells your personal information.
What we collect

How we use it. To deliver purchases and downloads, send receipts and support replies, and, if you sign up or download a free item, send occasional emails about new and related products. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with. Only the services that run the business: Wix (website, store and checkout), payment processors, and Google Workspace (business email). They handle data under their own privacy policies. We may share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it. Order records are kept as long as needed for licensing, support and tax records. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of marketing emails, by writing to support@kacompany.us.
Children. KA products are for organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes. We will post any updates on this page with a new effective date.
