You receive digital files to download, and they are yours to keep. An e-learning course comes as a SCORM package you upload to your LMS. Kits, templates, playbooks and tools come as ready-to-use files such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF. Each product page lists exactly what is included in each format.

It depends on the item. Each product page has a section that lists its files.

• E-learning: a SCORM 1.2 package (.zip) for your LMS

• In-person and virtual kits: facilitator guides, workbooks and handouts in Word, plus slide decks with speaker notes in PowerPoint

• Templates, playbooks and tools: printable PDFs, and many include editable Word or Excel files

Courses come as e-learning, an in-person kit, a virtual kit, or a bundle of all three. Choose e-learning if people will learn on their own in your LMS. Choose a kit if a leader or trainer will run a live session in a room or online. The bundle suits teams that mix self-paced and live training.

Right after payment. Your download link is on your order confirmation, so you can start using the files straight away.

Download links may expire, so save a copy of your files right away, somewhere your organization can find them, such as a shared drive. If your link has stopped working, contact us with your order number and we will help you get your files.

Some e-learning courses have a free preview on their product page. Look for the "Try the free preview" button. Every product page also describes who the item is for, what is inside each format and how long it runs.

Each purchase is licensed to one organization, with unlimited learners. Everyone in your organization can use it, including employees, contractors and volunteers, and there are no per-learner fees. Other locations of the same organization are covered too.

Yes. You pay once and keep using it. There is no subscription, no annual renewal and no seat minimum.

No. The license covers use inside your own organization only. You can't sell, share or pass the files to anyone outside it, and a separate company, such as a franchisee, an affiliate or a client, needs its own license. If you need to cover more than one company, ask us about the Enterprise upgrade.

The Enterprise upgrade is for organizations that need more than the standard license. It covers needs such as:

• Using the content across affiliated companies

• Running it in more than one LMS

• White-label delivery under your own brand

• Paying by invoice

• Editable source files for the e-learning

Our e-learning courses are SCORM 1.2 packages, the most widely supported format, so they work in most learning management systems. They report completion and the knowledge check score to your LMS. If you are not sure, check that your LMS accepts SCORM 1.2 uploads before you buy.

1. Download the zip file from your order confirmation

2. Do not unzip it

3. In your LMS, choose the option to add or upload a SCORM course

4. Select the zip file, then publish the course to your learners

If something does not look right after upload, contact us with your LMS name and what you see.

No. The e-learning is a finished, published course, so its screens, text and audio can't be changed. Editable source files come with the Enterprise upgrade. If you would rather we make the changes for you, see Customization and custom content below.

Not today. We don't host or track learners. You upload the SCORM package to your own LMS, and your LMS handles enrollment, tracking and reports.

The e-learning needs an LMS to run and track completions. Without one, the in-person and virtual kits let a leader or trainer run the same course as a live session, with no LMS needed.

Yes. The Word and PowerPoint files are fully editable. You can change the wording, reorder sections, shorten activities and remove anything you don't need.

Yes. Common changes include:

• Your logo and colors on slides, workbooks and handouts

• Examples and scenarios from your own workplace

• Your policies, procedures and the names of the people to contact

Please keep our copyright notice in place when you edit.

No. Each in-person and virtual kit includes a facilitator guide with a timed agenda and what to say and ask at each step, so a manager or business owner can run it.

Yes. Tell us what you need through the contact form, and we can:

• Recommend items that fit the need you describe

• Suggest a mix across formats, such as e-learning plus a live kit

• Suggest a mix across levels, for new and experienced staff

When you send the Request content form, we reply by email. If we already have something that fits, we send you a link. If it is on the way, we tell you. If we don't have it, we can offer a quote to build it for you.

We help with choosing and using training content. We can't:

• Give legal, HR law or regulatory advice

• Guarantee that content meets a specific state, industry or regulatory requirement

• Assess or evaluate your employees

Our content teaches general workplace skills and isn't designed to meet any specific state, federal or industry training requirement. HR and safety items include notes to check your state and company policy. Have your own counsel or HR review any content you use for required training.

We offer three levels:

• Branding: your logo and brand colors, from $500 per course

• Light customization: your terminology, examples, scenarios and the policies you provide, from $1,500 per course

• Fully custom course: built for your organization, with a 15-minute course from about $7,500

We can do this for e-learning, in-person kits and virtual kits. Every job gets a written quote before work starts.

Use the request form on the Customization page. Tell us which course you have in mind, what you would like changed and when you need it. We reply with a written quote.

It depends on the course and how much is changing. We confirm the timing with your written quote, before any work starts.

To keep your project safe and original, we don't:

• Teach third-party or trademarked models. We build original methods instead.

• Use material you don't have the rights to

• Guarantee legal or regulatory compliance

• Put your confidential information in anything without your written approval

• Host or track your learners

All sales are final. Because digital products are available to download right after purchase, we do not offer refunds, so please review the product page and preview before buying. If something is wrong with your purchase, such as a broken download link, a file that will not open, the wrong product, or a SCORM course that will not load in your LMS, contact support@kacompany.us and we will fix it. Deposits for customization work are non-refundable once work begins. Before final delivery, you can request revisions as described in your quote.
