About this tool

Plan your week around the work that matters most: three priorities, reserved time to do them, a waiting-on list and a Friday review, with a short guide that shows you how.

Who it is for

  • Small-business owners and co-owners who handle many different tasks and feel busy all week without finishing the important work.

  • Managers and shift leads whose days fill up with other people's requests.

  • Office coordinators and administrators who juggle deadlines for several people.

  • Field supervisors and shift-based staff who plan around service times instead of a desk calendar.

The problem it solves

When time goes to whatever arrives next, important work with no one asking for it today keeps moving to tomorrow. This planner helps you choose three results before the week starts, reserve time for them, follow up on what you are waiting for, and learn from each week so the next plan is better.

Frequently asked questions

I work shifts and am rarely at a desk. Will this work for me?

Yes. The guide includes a worked example of a restaurant manager who plans by shift instead of by the hour.

What is time blocking?

It means reserving a block of time for one specific task, the way you would book an appointment. The guide explains how to do it in plain words.

How long does it take each week?

About twenty minutes to plan, two minutes each morning, and fifteen minutes for the Friday review.
