About this playbook
Find out whether your training actually changed anything at work, with four plain checks, six ready-to-use forms and a worked example of every one.
Who it is for
Small-business owners who train their own staff and want to know whether the time paid off.
Managers and shift leads who were handed onboarding and training on top of their real job.
Field supervisors who train crews on site and need a simple way to check the work afterward.
HR and learning professionals who need clear evidence for leaders without a large evaluation project.
Trainers and consultants who want to show clients what their training achieved.
The problem it solves
Most training gets judged by how the session felt. People enjoyed it, so it must have worked. A month later, nobody is sure whether anyone does anything differently, and there is nothing to show the owner or the client. This kit replaces that guesswork with four short checks: how people reacted, what they learned, what they now do on the job, and what changed in the business. Each check comes with a form, a filled-in example and plain guidance on reading the answers and deciding what to fix.

How to use it

Frequently asked questions
Do I need training experience to use this?
No. Every term is explained in plain words, and each form has prompts and a filled-in example from a real-world type of business such as a clinic, a warehouse or a plumbing company.
Does it work for very small groups or one-on-one training?
Yes. The guide explains how to scale each check down, for example asking the survey questions out loud and using a show-me demonstration instead of a written quiz.
Can I use it for training someone else delivered?
Yes. Ask the provider for the learning objectives, then run your own 30-day follow-up check and results comparison in your workplace.
