About this course
A self-paced course that teaches employees a simple way to improve everyday work: notice what could be better, come up with more ideas, choose a good one and try it on a small scale.
Who it is for
Employees in any role and industry who want to suggest better ways of working, on their own or with a team.
Organizations that want optional, self-paced development courses in their learning system for employees to take on their own.
HR and training teams and business owners building an elective library without facilitators.
The problem it solves
Most workplaces are full of small things that could work better: the same question asked again and again, a workaround nobody has fixed, a task that always runs late. Many employees notice them but never suggest a change, or offer one idea and drop it when it meets an objection. This course gives employees a four-step model for turning what they notice into ideas, choosing the best one fairly, and testing it on a small scale before asking for a bigger change.

How it works in your LMS
Upload the SCORM 1.2 zip as an optional course.
Employees take it at their own pace; it remembers where they stopped.
The course reports completed when the learner reaches the certificate. There is no pass mark. If the learner takes the quick check, the score is reported for information only.
Self-check answers and plans stay on the learner's device and are not sent to the LMS.
Formats and file types
SCORM 1.2 zip (1.1 MB), runs offline with packaged fonts, works on desktop and phone.
Workbook: PDF (13 pages, US Letter) and Word (.docx, 14 pages).
Frequently asked questions
Is this required training?
No. It is designed as an elective course that employees choose and complete on their own.
Does it need sound?
No. The course is text-only, with illustrations and interactions on the teaching screens.
Is it only for creative roles?
No. The examples come from front desks, crews, shops, pharmacies and contact centers. The course treats creative thinking as everyday habits anyone can practice.
