About this course
A sales ethics and trust course for anyone who sells, quotes or recommends to customers. Learners practice the judgment calls that build trust and bring customers back.
Who it is for
Salespeople, service advisors, estimators and front desk staff who recommend or quote
Technicians and trades staff who quote repairs
Managers and small business owners who set sales goals
Trainers and HR professionals who want an honest selling standard
The problem it solves
Customers lose trust when a fee is left out, a bigger product is pushed or a salesperson disappears after the sale. Pressure can win one sale and lose the customer for good. This course shows staff how to sell in a way that holds up after the customer gets home, and how to talk to a manager when a goal and the right recommendation pull in different directions.
What learners will be able to do
Tell the whole picture, including fees, limits and conditions
Recommend what serves the customer, even when it is the smaller sale
Let the customer decide on their own timeline, without pressure tactics
Check a quote or offer with the Full-Facts Check before it goes out
Earn the next sale by staying in touch after this one
The KA method
TRUE, an original KA Company method: Tell the whole picture, Recommend what serves them, Use their timeline, and Earn the next sale. The Full-Facts Check is a supporting tool for quotes and offers.

Frequently asked questions
Should new salespeople take Sales 101 first?
It helps. Sales 101 teaches the sales conversation; this course focuses on the trust decisions inside it. Each works on its own.
Does it help managers too?
Yes. It includes a guide for talking about goals and recommendations, so managers and staff agree on what good selling looks like.
Will the e-learning work in our LMS?
Yes. It is a SCORM 1.2 package, the most widely supported format. It reports completion and the knowledge check score, and it runs offline because the fonts and media are packaged inside.
Do I need training experience to run the in-person or virtual kit?
No. The facilitator guide gives a timed agenda, what to say, what to ask and what to listen for at every step. A manager or business owner can run it.
Can we add our logo and our own terms?
Yes. The kits are editable Word and PowerPoint files. If you would like us to brand the e-learning for you, request a customization quote.
