The problem it solves
Salespeople improve by practicing real conversations, but most role-play material is either too vague to be useful or teaches pushy habits that customers dislike. This pack gives you thirty-six scenarios from varied businesses, at three levels, with buyers who have real needs, a detail they share only if asked, and a clear point at which they say yes, not yet or no. Every salesperson card lists the one pressure line or claim the scenario tempts, so honest selling is practiced in every round. The scenarios are built on three KA sales models: one for the conversation, one for the honest decisions inside it, and one for handling a buyer's concern. A short guide explains the models, selling without pressure, how to run a round in person and online, and how to debrief.

Frequently asked questions
Do the scenarios teach closing techniques?
They teach asking for the decision once, plainly, and agreeing a clear next step. They do not teach pressure tactics. Several scenarios end in an honest no on purpose, because accepting it well is a skill.
Do they work for business-to-business sales?
Yes. Several scenarios involve office managers, HR managers and team leads, with budgets, approvals and proposals.
Can I use my own products and prices?
Yes. The Word file has every scenario as editable cards, and the template shows how to write your own.
