About this course

A complete starting point for people new to sales, or new to selling as part of another job. Learners build daily habits and a simple, honest process for every sales conversation.

Who it is for

  • New salespeople and people who sell as part of another role: front desk staff, service advisors, estimators, coordinators and shop staff

  • Managers and small business owners onboarding someone into a sales role

  • Owners who do the selling themselves

  • Trainers and HR professionals building a sales onboarding program

The problem it solves

Customers buy from a person they trust: someone who knows the product, shows real interest in their situation and does what they said they would do. New salespeople often skip planning, talk more than they listen and lose confidence after a no. This course builds the habits and the conversation structure that fix those gaps.

What learners will be able to do

  • Plan the working day and know the offer well enough to explain it simply

  • Ask good questions, listen, and link what they suggest to what the customer said

  • Agree on a clear next step and keep every promise

  • Write a follow-up message that moves the sale forward

  • Handle a no calmly, review what happened and reset

The KA method

Two KA Company methods that work together. The Seller's Day: Plan your day, Know your offer, Get curious, Keep every promise, and Review and reset. The Four-Step Sale: Prepare, Ask and listen, Suggest what fits, and Agree and follow up.

Frequently asked questions

Is this pushy sales training?

No. The course teaches honest, customer-first selling: ask, listen, suggest what fits and keep your promises.

Is there a follow-on course?

Yes. Selling the Right Way: Trust-Based Salesmanship covers the judgment calls that build long-term trust.

Will the e-learning work in our LMS?

Yes. It is a SCORM 1.2 package, the most widely supported format. It reports completion and the knowledge check score, and it runs offline because the fonts and media are packaged inside.

Do I need training experience to run the in-person or virtual kit?

No. The facilitator guide gives a timed agenda, what to say, what to ask and what to listen for at every step. A manager or business owner can run it.

Can we add our logo and our own terms?

Yes. The kits are editable Word and PowerPoint files. If you would like us to brand the e-learning for you, request a customization quote.
