About this course
A self-paced course that helps employees plan their own growth in four practical steps: pick one skill, set a goal they can check, organize real practice at work and track their progress.
Who it is for
Employees in any role and industry who want to get better at their work, take on a new task or prepare for a next role.
Organizations that want optional, self-paced development courses in their learning system for employees to take on their own.
HR and training teams and business owners building an elective library without facilitators.
The problem it solves
Most people want to grow at work, but "I should get better at that" rarely turns into a plan. Goals stay vague ("improve communication"), learning means waiting for a course, and busy weeks push development aside. This course shows employees how to choose one skill that matters to them and to their work, write a goal they can check, plan practice on the job with named people to help, and keep the plan moving with short weekly notes and a monthly look back.

How it works in your LMS
Upload the SCORM 1.2 zip as an optional course.
Employees take it at their own pace; it remembers where they stopped.
The course reports completed when the learner reaches the certificate. There is no pass mark. If the learner takes the quick check, the score is reported for information only.
Self-check answers and plans stay on the learner's device and are not sent to the LMS.
Formats and file types
SCORM 1.2 zip (0.7 MB), runs offline with packaged fonts, works on desktop and phone.
Workbook: PDF (13 pages, US Letter) and Word (.docx, 14 pages).
