About this kit
A complete 2-hour session that teaches managers what to do in the weeks after a change is announced: listen on a schedule, find what is really in the way, make the new way easier, and decide what to adjust.
Who it is for
Small-business owners who announced a change weeks ago and can see the old way creeping back.
Managers, supervisors and shift leads with people who are slow to adopt a new process, system or rule.
Project leads who need a change to become normal work, not just a launch date.
Trainers, HR and L&D professionals who need a ready-to-run session on supporting people through change.
The problem it solves
Most changes do not fail at the announcement. They fade in the weeks after: nobody asks how it is going, concerns get answered before they are heard, people still using the old way are told the same thing more firmly, the old forms stay in the drawer, and feedback disappears. This kit gives managers six plain steps for the weeks after an announcement (check in on a schedule, hear the concern in full, find what is in the way, make the new way easier, recognize the new habit, decide what to adjust) and lets them practice each one on a realistic change, including a short coaching conversation with someone who is still using the old way.
What is inside

How to use it
Read the facilitator guide and complete the workbook yourself (about three hours).
Print the workbook and handouts, one packet per table and one set of practice cards per group of three.
Run the 2-hour session in person or online. Every step tells you what to do, what to say, what to ask and when to wait.
Use the 30-day follow-up plan so the six steps are used on a real change.
No training experience is needed. If you can run a team meeting, you can run this session.

Frequently asked questions
Do participants need to have done Level 1 first?
No. D06 Announcing and Explaining a Change is helpful, but this session stands on its own and starts after the announcement.
Do I need to know the KA coaching and feedback methods?
No. The session teaches the parts of PULL, LOOP and the Replay Test that it uses, with sample questions for each step.
What if someone simply refuses to use the new way?
The session covers that. Participants first find and fix what is in the way, because most people who keep the old way have a reason. If the old way continues after that, the kit shows how to give clear feedback, privately, and when to involve HR or the business owner.
