About this course
A short sales course that teaches staff to treat "That's too much," "Not right now" and "I'm not sure about you" as information, find the real concern behind the words, answer it once with facts, and leave the decision with the customer.
Who it is for
Salespeople and account staff in small businesses who hear price, timing and trust concerns every week
Service advisors, estimators and technicians who quote work and then hear "I need to think about it"
Front desk and counter staff who recommend services or products and want to respond without pressure
Business owners and sales managers who want one consistent, honest way for the whole team to handle concerns
Trainers and HR staff building a sales or customer-facing curriculum
The problem it solves
When a customer raises a concern, many salespeople argue. They answer every objection with reasons the customer is wrong, drop the price before they know whether price is the real issue, answer the concern they expect instead of the one the customer has, or push again after a clear no. Each of these damages trust and often loses the sale. This course replaces the argument with four steps: stop the pitch, ask what is behind the concern, answer that concern once with facts or a real option, and let the customer choose. The steps work inside honest selling: no invented deadlines, no discounts that do not exist and no pressure after a clear no.
