About this kit
Everything you need to run a 90-minute coaching session yourself, built around one simple, original coaching model, PULL, with practice that feels like real work.
Who it is for
Small-business owners who want their supervisors to stop bringing every problem back to them.
Managers and shift leads who were promoted for doing the work well and now need to help others do it.
Supervisors in the field (crews, trades, clinics, stores) who coach in two-minute moments, not in meeting rooms.
Trainers, HR and L&D professionals who need a ready-to-run coaching session they can brand and deliver this month.
The problem it solves
Most people who develop others default to giving the answer. It is fast, and it feels helpful. Over time, people stop thinking for themselves and every decision lands back on the leader. Generic coaching courses teach borrowed acronyms and theory, then leave people to work out what to say on Monday. This kit gives your group one clear four-step model, the two skills that make it work (asking good questions and listening), and enough guided practice that they leave ready to hold a real coaching conversation.

How to use it
1. Read the facilitator guide and complete the workbook yourself (about three hours).
2. Print the workbook and handouts, and cut the scenario cards.
3. Run the 90-minute session in person or online. Every step tells you what to do, what to say, what to ask and when to wait.
4. Use the 30-day follow-up plan so coaching becomes a habit, not a one-time event.
No training experience is needed. If you can run a team meeting, you can run this session.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be a trained facilitator?
No. The guide gives you timed steps with suggested words, questions and what to listen for. A manager or business owner can run it.
Is this based on a well-known coaching model?
No. PULL is an original KA Company model written for this series, so you are not paying for someone else's acronym. It works alongside LOOP, KA's feedback method.
Can I run it with a small team, or one-on-one?
Yes. The guide includes a 60-minute version, a two-hour version, a one-on-one version and notes for groups that do not divide into threes.
