About these templates

Train any call flow or customer conversation in your own words: map the key moments, build a script people will actually use, run role-plays that feel real, and coach what you hear.

Who it is for

  • Owners of service businesses whose phones, chats or front desk decide whether a customer books.

  • Office and call center supervisors who need new agents to sound confident within a week.

  • Managers and shift leads who handle hosting, reservations, scheduling or support and now train others to do it.

  • L&D and HR professionals who want a ready structure for conversation training in any department.

The problem it solves

Word-for-word scripts sound read and stop working the moment a customer says something unexpected. "Just listen to Sam for a few days" passes on habits, good and bad. This kit sits in between. You define the few key moments every conversation must include, give people natural wording for each, practice with role-play cards that make sense, and coach real conversations with notes that describe exactly what was said.

Frequently asked questions

Is this only for phone calls?

No. The same key moments work for chat, text, email, video and conversations at the counter. The guide explains what changes in each channel, and the example script builder includes chat wording.

Will my team end up reading a script?

Only where they must. The kit separates the few exact must-say lines (for legal, safety or money reasons) from natural sample wording that people adapt. Most of each conversation is in their own words.

What if I have never run a role-play?

The guide walks you through it: groups of three, cards with all the facts, five to seven minutes per round, and a short debrief. The example cards show exactly what good role cards look like.
