About this course
A practical, vendor-neutral AI course for staff with no technical background. Learners use AI chat tools to save time on everyday writing and planning, without exposing private details or passing on confident mistakes.
Who it is for
Office staff, coordinators, front desk staff, shop staff and supervisors who write emails, notices, notes and checklists
Managers and small business owners deciding how their staff should use AI
HR professionals writing a first workplace AI guideline
Trainers who need a ready AI literacy session
The problem it solves
AI chat tools can save real time, but staff often paste in customer details, accept answers without checking or give up after a vague first result. This course teaches a short routine that makes AI useful and safe, and it works with any approved tool.
What learners will be able to do
Spot the tasks an AI chat tool does well, and the ones it does not
Protect customer, coworker and business details before pasting anything
Explain the task, the audience, the format and the length to get a useful draft
Check every result for errors before using it
Know the questions to ask about their own workplace's AI rules
The KA method
SPEC, an original KA Company method: Spot a good task, Protect private details, Explain what you need, and Check before you use it.

Frequently asked questions
Which AI tool does it teach?
None in particular. The course is vendor neutral and works with whatever tool your workplace approves.
What if our staff do not have AI access yet?
Every in-person activity also works on paper, and the facilitator guide includes sample outputs to discuss.
Will the e-learning work in our LMS?
Yes. It is a SCORM 1.2 package, the most widely supported format. It reports completion and the knowledge check score, and it runs offline because the fonts and media are packaged inside.
Do I need training experience to run the in-person or virtual kit?
No. The facilitator guide gives a timed agenda, what to say, what to ask and what to listen for at every step. A manager or business owner can run it.
Can we add our logo and our own terms?
Yes. The kits are editable Word and PowerPoint files. If you would like us to brand the e-learning for you, request a customization quote.
